MULLICA TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT

NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Dear Parent/Guardian: 

Please contact the Mullica School District Office to set up an appointment to register a new student. The Mullica Township School District hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 4:30 pm; (609)-561-3868 ext. 146.

The following documents are required to register a new student(s):

1.     Birth Certificate. 

2.     Immunization Recordsfor Pre-K or Kindergarten student or Transfer Card and a copy of Health Record, Test Scores or Report Card from the school student is leaving.

3.      Proof of Residency in Mullica Township
       (Must have 4 proofs of residency according to the NJ State regulations): 

a.  Copy of current tax bill in parent/guardian name. 

b.  Copy of current electric or gas bill in parent/guardian
                         name. 

c.  Copy of cable bill in parent/guardian name. 

d.  CO (Certificate of Occupancy) from Mullica Township. 

e.  If you reside with someone else– the person you reside with must bring one of the above “Proofs of Residency” and must sign an affidavit saying that you and your family live in their household.
