BOE Goals

Goal B1: The Mullica Board of Education will work toward achieving NJSBA Board Certification

Goal B2: Continue to enhance communication and public relations efforts to strengthen our family, community, and staff and “receiving high school/neighboring school district” relationships
Goal B3: Continue to establish efficient and effective shared services with a focus on the constituent districts of Greater Egg Harbor Regional
Goal B4: Update the LRFP to address facility needs and maximize financial resources.

District Goals

 Goal D1:The superintendent, in cooperation with the administrative team and teaching staff, will assist students in meeting the demands of the Common Core Standards for English Language Literacy by refining instructional practices. 

Goal D2: The superintendent, in cooperation with the administrative team and teaching staff, will implement Student Growth Objectives that originate from data sources such norm-referenced tests (MAPs), NJASK results, and/or classroom data (pre/post-tests). These growth objectives will be used to drive instruction and measure student growth as per the Achieve NJ compliance requirements. 
 
Goal D3: The superintendent, in cooperation with the administrative team and teaching staff, will use available technologies to explore learning activities in Mathematics and Science to set the foundation for future S.T.E.M. initiatives while attaining a deeper understanding of the Common Core Standards for Mathematics and the NJ Core Curriculum Standards for Science and Technology.
 
Goal D4: The superintendent, in cooperation with the administrative team and teaching staff, will communicate the importance of attending school to both students and parents through the implementation of policy as well as incentives to prevent students from becoming chronically absent.
